Brands, including several different senior level Finance and Operations jobs. Prior to forming CFL Pizza with Northwood Ventures, Mr. Rosen served for four years as the COO for Long John Silver’s and A&W All American Restaurants, billion-dollar divisions of Yum! Brands. He has degrees from Davidson College and Harvard University.

Prior to joining CFL Pizza, Janet was an HR Director at BMC Software leading a global team of HR Generalists based in the US, India, Ireland, France, and Israel. Janet has her SPHR Certification (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Wright State University.

Bella was born in Oklahoma and in 2019 relocated to Florida. As cute as Bella is, she has a huge fear loud noises. When it comes to eating, she isn't a fan of fruits and veggies, but sure does love bacon, chicken, and steak. Bella is a huge UCF Knights fan (not that she really had a choice). Currently, Bella is pursuing a degree from Doggie School.

Carl VanNostrand has worked for CFL Pizza, LLC since its inception in December 2009. He has 27 years’ experience with Pizza Hut, Inc. in Operations roles. Prior to joining CFL, Carl served as the Pizza Hut Region Coach in Orlando for three years. Carl has received numerous awards, including David Novak's Chairman's Award and the Presidents Award for Leadership in Operations. CFL Pizza has often been recognized as an All-Star Franchise – recognizing excellence in Financial Stability, Operations Excellence, and Growth Mindset. Carl Co-Chaired the Pizza Hut Systems Operations Committee for several years. Carl has been the President & COO for our three brands since 2015.

Vikki Hodgkins joined CFL Pizza LLC in January 2010. Prior to joining CFL Pizza, Vikki was the Vice President of Finance for California Pizza Kitchen. Vikki has also held senior finance positions with other retailers, including Everything But Water, Guess, and Blockbuster. She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and Certificate of Accounting from UCLA. She serves as Chair of the Pizza Hut IPH Government Affairs Committee, is a PCI Certified ISA, and completed the HBS Sustainable Business Strategy Program.
