Andy Rosen has worked for CFL Pizza, LLC since its inception in December 2009. He has 25 years of experience with Pizza Hut and Yum! Brands, including several different senior level Finance and Operations jobs. Prior to forming CFL Pizza with Northwood Ventures, Mr. Rosen served for four years as the COO for Long John Silver’s and A&W All American Restaurants, billion-dollar divisions of Yum! Brands. He has degrees from Davidson College and Harvard University.

Janet Stewart

​Janet Stewart has worked for Celebration Restaurant Group LLC since its inception in December 2009. She has 25 years of experience as an HR professional, including 15 years with Pizza Hut, LLC. Prior to joining CFL Pizza, Janet was an HR Director at BMC Software leading a global team of HR Generalists based in the US, India, Ireland, France, and Israel. Janet has her SPHR Certification (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Wright State University. 

Bella Stewart

Bella was born in Oklahoma and in 2019 relocated to Florida. As cute as Bella is, she has a huge fear loud noises. When it comes to eating, she isn't a fan of fruits and veggies, but sure does love bacon, chicken, and steak. Bella is a huge UCF Knights fan (not that she really had a choice). Currently, Bella is pursuing a degree from Doggie School. 

Carl VanNostrand
President & Chief Operating Officer

Carl VanNostrand has worked for CFL Pizza, LLC since its inception in December 2009. He has 27 years’ experience with Pizza Hut, Inc. in Operations roles. Prior to joining CFL, Carl served as the Pizza Hut Region Coach in Orlando for three years. In 2008, Carl was awarded David Novak’s Chairman’s Award, recognizing his outstanding performance as a Region Coach. In 2010, he was awarded the President’s Award for leadership in Operations. In 2010 – 2013, under Carl’s direction, CFL Pizza was acknowledged as an All-Star Franchise – recognizing excellence in Financial Stability, Operations Excellence, and Growth Mindset.  Carl Co-Chaired the Operations committee for the Pizza Hut brand several years, service since 2015.  Carl has been the President & COO for our three brands since 2015.

Vikki Hodgkins
Chief Financial Officer

Vikki Hodgkins joined Celebration Restaurant Group in January 2010. Prior to joining CRG, Vikki was the Vice President of Finance for California Pizza Kitchen. Vikki has also held senior finance positions with other retailers, including Everything But Water, Guess, and Blockbuster. She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and Certificate of Accounting from UCLA.  She serves as the President of the Pizza Hut IPH Government Affairs Committee, is a PCI Certified ISA, and completed the HBS Sustainable Business Strategy Program.
