Ruthie began her journey with Pizza Hut in August 1984 in the Kentucky Market. She started as an Assistant Manager in the Kentucky/Indiana Market for PHI just after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Murray State University. In her 37th year she has worked in the Kentucky, San Diego, LA/Orange County markets and finally to Orlando/Central Florida where she is now the Region Coach for CFL Pizza for the Orlando Metro Market. Over the years Ruthie has received awards ranging from AC of the Year (4) and Star Tracks (both corporate and franchise). Ruthie has also participated in tasks with the brand including, “Taking People with You”, E Learning, and Six Sigma. Fun fact – Ruthie and family do not believe in “staycations”… Her husband, Tom, and son, Aaron, always hit the road (or air). Adventure is the key to their fun.

Kristen Orton began her career with Pizza Hut, LLC in 2008 as a field marketing coordinator. She transitioned to the Celebration Restaurant Team in 2009. Over the years, she has held numerous roles within Celebration Restaurant Group including Sr. Auditor, Financial Analyst, and Director of Restaurant Finance. Kristen has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, along with experience in teaching and curriculum development. Kristen has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Florida along with a Human Resources Generalist Certificate. Kristen sits on the Orange County Public School Foundation Finance committee and the Valencia College Advisory Council for both their Hospitality and Business degree programs.

Kevin has been with Taco Bell for over 17 years. Starting as Training Manager for Taco Bell Corporate, Kevin supported the Atlanta DMA and where he played a vital role in new restaurant development. Kevin transitioned to Taco Bell Area Coach for Celebration Restaurant Group in the Savannah DMA, where he spent 10 years of his career. In 2016, Kevin accepted a position at the Celebration Restaurant Group office in Orlando, Florida where he supported the Bravo Foods, LLC/Taco Bell brand through Loss Prevention, Operations and Technology Development. In 2019, he became Director of Operational Services. In his new role, Kevin supports all three Celebration Restaurant Brands with new restaurant development, remodels, and technology integration. In addition to his experience, Kevin holds numerous certifications from AMA (American Management Association) including Project Management, Business Analytics and Strategic Planning.

Prior to joining Celebration Restaurant Group in 2020, Tom began his Taco Bell journey in 1991 began his Taco Bell career in Barboursville, WV as a part time team member. From there his love for the brand and business grew. He transferred to a high-volume free-standing restaurant and attended Marshall University during my early years as a shift manager. The General Manager of that restaurant was a strong role model and inspired Tom to be a leader not just in his restaurant but in the entire area. He continued to grow from Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Assistant Manager and General Manager. In 2005 Tom took on the role of Area Coach for a franchisee in Indiana. He led very successful operations turnarounds in 2 challenging area and then promoted to Director of Operations in 2009. Tom spent 15 successful years in Indiana leading 48 restaurants. Tom joined Celebration Restaurant Group in 2020 as Region Coach and now leads their 40 Taco Bell restaurants in the Orlando Florida and Savannah, Georgia areas.
